Compo-SiL® based conductive film is a composite silicone material that uses carbon black fillers with normal silicone rubber, which could be widely applied from EMI shielding to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge). The sheet resistance of the films can be adjusted from few ohms/sq to kilo ohm/sq according to the percentage of the conductive filler. Similarly, the stretchability of the film is thus dependent on the amount of conductive filler.
